A few reminders:
- Draw out policy: if you draw out for any reason from this point on you are responsible for 30% of entry fees & your office fee. As well as Time Only's. We offer the pay at the race in cash as a convenience for the barrel racer. Obviously, we would prefer the draw to not have any holes in it as that is hard for everyone to plan for. Please be courteous to your fellow barrel racers & us by giving us notice for your draw out. A non notified turn out is responsible for 100% of fees.
- The dragon & unicorn runners are allowed to carry over to the open and any other side pots. If you select the dragon or unicorn and the open. You will run in your selected youth race and carry to the open.
- Peewees are not allowed to run the same horse in both the peewee and the unicorn but may run two different horses in both divisions. Peewees are allowed to carry to: Mare, Gelding/Stud, & Sorrel sidepots.
- Side pots are carry over only.
- In the event we have less than 30 entries in the open/dragon/unicorn the added money for that specific event will be cut in half.
- Entrys Due Nov 3rd. from here out entry's will be taken at the arena. We take entries up until last runner runs.
- AWARDS: you or a designee must be present Saturday for awards.
- For Time Onlys: Your exact time you signed up for is your slot. Please check in with Lindsay at the gate prior to your time. They need to be paid for by venmo or will be deleted from the list.
- Stalls & RV: We ask that you be gracious to our awesome county event center and use the honor system. The stalls have locks on them and the code is 0552 you will need to pay for these in the drop box, they are $20/night/stall. As far as RV's I will unlock those for you. They're $25/night and are power only (check in at the office for those).Dry camping is acceptable if you prefer.
