- Ages for events as of January 1st 2023
- Peewee’s don’t pay office fee, ages 8 & Under/special needs approved by Shelby
- Ages 16 through 49 for the 16-49 sidepot/ Ages under 15 & over 50 for the 15/50
- Open, Freedom, Peewee, Team Race, 16-49,-15/50, Futurity & Derby ALL ARE 0.5 Sec Splits in the D's. Lady Liberty is 0.75.
- MUST BE PRESENT AT AWARDS TO RECIEVE AVERAGE AWARD
- Open 5D: Winner of EACH D (5) average will receive a trophy saddle or $1000 cash, their choice.
- Average prizes: Based on two fastest runs of 4 OR You can miss 2 performances.
- Only the current runners in the drag are allowed in the barn at one time
- In the event of a timer malfunction a rerun will be offered immediately after with fresh ground.
- ALL ADDED MONEY IS 100%
- Load'em Team Race: two person teams. Times added together, payout will be a 4D 0.5 sec splits. Paid out per performance, added money split among each performance.
- Lady Liberty: Rider cannot have placed in the 1 or 2D at a race with 75 or more entries in the past two years.
- Open 5D, 15/50,16-49,will be paid out daily
- The 15/50, 16-49, BCRA, Futurity, Derby, Lady Liberty: are side pots ONLY. Meaning you can carry your time from the Freedom Race OR The Open.
- Freedom 3D: Will be paid out after race concludes. All Runs count toward 1 big payoff, you may run 1,2 3, or 4 times all times count and 80% of fees are counted towards payout plus added money
- Lady Liberty, Futurity (4,5 yr old) & Derby (6,7, &8 yr old) BCRA (membersidepot): 1 Time Entry Fee, 80% payback, computer will pull your fast time to the payout.
- Draw Outs: In the event of a draw out/vet out After the draw is done. 70% of your entry fee total will be refunded, This must be requested via text to Shelby 2082514401 3 hours prior to race start time. Please include your venmo name or a mailing address to issue your refund.
