Please check in at the office when you arrive to fill out a w9 form & be entered to win fun prizes.
  • Pre entries are closed, Late entry form will be available until Wednesday July 1st at 5pm. After that all entries will need to be completed at the race office.
  • Please check in at the office when you arrive, we have goodies for each contestant and a little paperwork.
  • Runners may choose to run twice in one day examples:
    • Run twice Friday  the second run will go to Saturday,
    • Run twice on Saturday the second run will go to Friday. 
    • By choosing this option you can be eligible for average prizes from FRI/SAT & Payouts from the other day.
  • No dress code.
  • It is the contestants responsibility to confirm your entry is correct PRIOR TO RUNNING.
  • You or a designee must pick up your average prizes.
  • Freedom 3D: 
    • $250/Day, all times count, one big payout.
    • Must carry to the open the day they run.
    • They are allowed to run in the "double runs" either Friday or Saturday and their run can still count for the Freedom 3D.
    • There will be prizes for the winner of each D. Please arrange someone to pick these up and stand in for a picture if you can make it yourself. 
  • Open Friday & Saturday: 
    • Must enter Friday & Saturdays open to be eligible for average prizes.
    • Side pots are carry over only.
  • High-Stakes Leather Jacket’s: 
    • Thursday: carry only, $250 entry fee, 5D 80% payback, equal pay, Leather jackets to winner of each D
    • FRIDAY/SATURDAY: carry only, $250 entry fee one-time, 5D, equal pay, 80% payback.
      •  Leather jackets to winner of each D
      • your fastest time will be pulled from Friday Open, Saturday Open.
  • FRIDAY/SATURDAY Futurity 3D, Derby 3D, Tween 4D, Middle 4D, Youth 4D, Seniorm4D : 
    • ALL a $100 entry fee, one-time fee, all carry only.
    • Your fast time will be pulled from: Friday Open, Saturday Open.
  • BBR X-Tra Tour Stop
    • $1,000 added, 75% payback, carry over from Fridays open, $40 entry fee, 5D 1/2 second splits
  • THURSDAY: 
    • Dragon & unicorn runners may carry to the open.
    • Side pots are carry over only from the open.
  • Peewee: $25/Day, NO OFFICE FEE. No carry overs allowed.
    • Peewee's may age up and run in the open if they choose. However, they CANNOT run in both. 
  • Office Fee: $25 for the weekend. Late Fee: of $15/Weekend-Both are per rider.
  • Time Only: $5,Time only is presold. They are non-refundable. In the event you can't make it your welcome to sell them but must notify Lindsey by text with a name and time of the time only 208-534-8523
  • Pre Entries: Due June 23rd www.loademinthedarkcattleco.com
  • Draw out policy: Notified by Thursday July 2nd at noon: Notified draw out's are responsible for 30% of their entry fee plus their office fee. After July 2nd at noon there no draw outs. Non notified draw outs are responsible for 100% of their entry fees & office fees.
  • In the event of a timer malfunction a rerun or refund will be offered. 
  • Checks will be mailed by July 8th, contestant must have a w9 on file
  • All final decisions are up to the producer's discretion.
